Your UPOINT balance is displayed on the top right side of the UPRO Website.

Great news, no more passwords! We are now working with a One Time Pin (OTP), so all you need is your cell number, where an OTP is SMSed to you.

On the UPRO Mobi-site, you need to load your invoices on the invoices tab in order to earn/redeem the benefits.

  • On the UPRO Mobi-site, click on "Redeem UPOINTS".
  • Select which reward you would like to redeem (ensure you have enough UPOINTS to redeem).
  • Add in the values/quantities/information where applicable.
  • Submit the request and wait for an SMS to come through with your requested voucher code of eWallet redemption process.

You will be sent a voucher code that can be used in-store or online where applicable.

  • Airtime: It is loaded directly on the cell phone number provided when requesting. The receiver will get a SMS confirming the load. It will appear on the participant’s transaction history.
  • Online Shopping Voucher: Voucher code that will be SMSed to you.
  • eWallet Cash: An SMS requesting a pin to be created will be sent to you when the money has been sent to your eWallet account.

You will need to create a PIN to draw out the cash. To create the pin, you must dial *120*277# The pin created lasts for 4 hours only.

After selecting items in-store, at the till let the cashier know you will be paying with an electronic voucher code, or when checking out online, select to enter a voucher code. This will discount the purchase to the value of the voucher.

The voucher code can be found on your transaction history on the UPRO Mobi-site.

From your computer:

  • Scan/save copies of the invoice.
  • Click on the upload button.
  • Select the invoice you want to upload.
  • Click submit.

From your phone:

  • Click on upload.
  • Take a photo of the invoice.
  • Click submit.

It will be manually validated, and likely to be declined due to incorrect reasoning. You can check the status and reason for decline on the UPRO Mobi-site under your transaction history.

An invoice needs to be uploaded within the current month to be approved and valid.

UPRO Rewards to be alternated at the supplier’s discretion. The UPRO Reward will be planned and dispatched in accordance with regulations according to the supplier at the time. This process to be planned with sales rep accordingly.
